Customer Service Statements

The Customer Service Statements have been merged as from May 2010.  The new ‘Customer Monthly Report’ will include all ASA Statement information along with a summary of your Orders and Support calls.

    • Billable & non billable work for calls closed
    • Charges for work completed by Civica Customer Services
    • Order information
    • Services Account Summary
    • Support, Warranty and Development calls received, closed & open.
